I'm Ryan Kingsbury of FitWell Fusion (online courses, podcast, 1:1 coaching), and I'd like to share with you what I've learned through my own individual transformation process. 

The true value in our courses lies in the ACTION ITEMS and your work to complete them.  Using our ACTION ITEMS WORKSHEETS, you are empowered to become your OWN wellness advocate, eliminating the need to rely on external validation or support to answer the most important questions that come up in your life.

Since I can't possibly know what your individual dream is, this will be a collaborative effort!

Each section includes a video lecture, as well as an action items worksheet to guide you towards:

- Revealing roadblocks that might be getting in the way of your dream

- Discovering strategies to overcome roadblocks

- Understanding the ways in which we sabotage our dreams

- Contemplating your true nature and true desires

- Discovering the "masks" we often wear in society in order to appease others

- Taking an honest look at where you are, where you'd like to be, and the steps needed to head in your dream-affirmative direction

- Practicing mindfulness and "going inside" for the answers

- Understanding your social relationships and their impact on the life you manifest
