In this course I will teach you how to treat various types of headaches and neck pain with trigger points release.

Trigger Points Therapy is one of the most effective and precise techniques for dealing with pain. Even though Trigger Points deal mostly with myofascial pain, you will be surprised at the huge percentage of people that you will be able to help stop their suffering.

As more professionals are made aware of Trigger Points role in pain management, millions of people will be helped and billions of dollars saved in unnecessary medications and surgeries. Every Massage Therapist, Osteopath, Physiotherapist and Acupuncturist must be familiar with this technique.

During the course I will be explaining in detail the most useful and effective methods to release trigger points. I'll demonstrate several manual hands-on techniques, various stretches, dry needling (acupuncture of trigger points), the use of different electro accessories (like TENS, Low Level Laser and Vibrating Massage Gun), Kinesiology taping for trigger points ect.

I will cover in depth each involved muscle. I’ll include discussion about its mechanics, trigger points location in each relevant muscle, trigger points release techniques and stretches. Finally, I will summarize it all in specific treatment protocols, so by the end of the course you will be confident to treat headaches and neck pain with great results!
