You’ll explore system design, infrastructure tradeoffs, technical debt strategy, and the evolving landscape of DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Specialized modules on security, compliance frameworks (like SOC2, GDPR, and ISO27001), and incident management will prepare you to lead in high-stakes environments with confidence.

A strong CTO must also be an exceptional product partner. Learn how to drive agile execution, make strategic tradeoffs between technical debt and product velocity, and apply design thinking to your technology roadmap. Then, build your readiness to lead data and AI strategy—from data governance and business intelligence to MLOps, LLMs, and AI ethics.
