HR meetings end with a recap and a task list, your turnover report in Excel is checked formula by formula, and a simple HR agent answers routine policy questions while complex cases go to a person.

The course follows the employee lifecycle. First you map your Copilot access across Microsoft 365 and set the rules for employee data. Then you go through the HR year with Copilot: policies in Word, employee communications in Outlook and Teams, recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews and HR meetings in Teams. Finally you move to the work that scales: HR reporting in Excel, your first HR agent built without code, and Microsoft Copilot for learning and development, from training needs analysis to evaluation 30 days after the program.
