This exam covers the customer engagement features and capabilities of Dynamics 365 apps. Candidates of this exam should have a fundamental understanding of customer engagement principles, business operations, and general computer skills.

This exam covers the five core customer engagement apps. These apps are Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Marketing, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations. How long is the MB-910 exam?

60 minutes

For the MB-910, it will fall under the job role fundamental exam which has an exam time of 60 minutes and seat time of 80 minutes. In Microsoft MB-910 Exam there will be 40-60 questions
